Facility Development Analyst (Jobfair Semarang)

Analyze business unit plans related to potential for additional branches and collect data related to potential locations for business expansion- Make recommendation for branch design development concepts (layout, review, interior and exterior design) and standardize costs- Conduct market research and field surveys with facility development and HSE to ensure the location of land, buildings, and facility readiness and observe demographics, environment and location- Compare analysis of three potential locations- Make feasibility study and timeline of acquisition and development of distribution channels- Analyze disposal plan of land or building and evaluate the use of land and building assets utilization- Analyze prospective buyers and manage meetings with sales committee**_ Requirements :_**- Having at least 2 year(s) experience in Channel Development, Facility Development, or Market & Business Study- Having expertise in finance, feasibility study, market study- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skill, and initiavite- Placement in North Jakarta**Mari berkarir bersama kami**:Pastikan lowongan yang anda lamar sesuai dengan kriteria yang anda inginkan, dan sesuai dengan minat, bakat dan pengalaman anda.
