F & B Service Host

Summary- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.- Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.- Handles all guest customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.- Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.- Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.- Handles all guest customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.**Qualifications**:- Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or related field- Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain- Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages- Strong in leadership and business acumen- Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
