**Job Descriptions**:- Provide administrative support to both the Sales & Catering Sales Manager- Prepare and distribute quotation, form order and invoice- Complete daily and weekly sales reports- Provide information and solution about Arka Group's product knowledge to customer- Verify and communicates group daily event- Collect customer feedback to be analyzed further**Job Qualifications**:- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or related major- Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in analyze sales data F&B- Excellent data sales administration- Computer literate (Ms. Office, E-mail)- Excellent interpersonal skills, creative and innovative thinking- Experience in meeting deadlines and multiple priorities of business demands as required- Willing to be placed in BSD City
