Job role is mainly manage and responsible for all operational outlet or counter matters.

Job Description

- Handle outlet in achievement sales, commercial margin, and sales growth
- Monitoring in menus, kitchen activities, sales, margin, displaying, promotion and all store activities
- Handle outlet/counter opening project and event.
- Responsible for sous chef in coordinating and reporting
- Ensure outlet display and concept based on regulation
- Handle training for cooking and selling skill
- Fulfillment human resources
