As a F&B Cashier, you will properly recordall sales of Food & Beverage and ascertains that all charged sales areproperly signed and acknowledged by the guests. You will prepare the accountingfor and handling of both the daily cash receipts as well as the Cashier’s housefund, and complete the Cashier’s Daily Report. You enjoy working as part of ateam and offer assistance to other team members whenever you can.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;
- Hospitality background
- Previous cashiering experience in a hotel/restaurant property
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality and good communication skills
- Computer literacy in Micros, Fidelio, and other systems
- Good knowledge of both English and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
