Export Specialist Staff

Responsibilities:- Liaising with suppliers (agents, carriers, overseas agents) regarding any delays or issues. Liaising with supervisor and/or colleagues on matters, keeping him/her informed where necessary- Prepare required documents to related party to execute the shipments.- Prepare Invoice, Packing List and BL for overseas export shipments for Clients- Keeping record of all Export shipments- To take care of inventory control- Prepare required documents to related party to execute the shipments.**Requirements**:- Have 3 years experience in Sea Freight Operations (Import & Export) Preferred (Past experience in Shipping line or freight forwarding is preferred- Good Knowledge in Sea Export Process- Strong Leadership & Management skills, ability to work as a team player and independently- Proficiency in English- Microsoft Excel, Word (Stock management software)- Communicative, Responsive and has good attention to detail**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
