Qualifications:1. Min. graduate from SMA / SMK2. Able to operate Ms Excel & MS Office3. Good written & spoken in english (preferred)4. Able to do administrative work6. Attractive & neat7. Responsible & good working attitude8. Able to work in team & individually9. Willing to work overtime10. Discipline, detail & able to work under pressure11. Willing to be located in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North JakartaTask & Responsibility:1. Arrange & tracking import/ export shipment2. Communicate & coordinating shipment process between customer and liner3. Notify customer's request to sales team4. Preparing, re-check shipment documents & others administrative works.**Salary**: From Rp4,900,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- SMA/SMU/SMK (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)- Mandarin (preferred)
