Experience Level

**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma, preferably Tourism & Hospitality, Food & Beverage Services Management graduates or equivalent.- Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor or Shift Leader in restaurant or Hospitality Experiences- Must be a highly and committed individual- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking- Familiar with Ms. Office- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable- Full time position, willing to work in shift time- **Placement in Gading Serpong area****- Monitor and verify the implementation of procedures and ensure that operations meet agreed standards.- Review F&B services to ensure all guests feel welcome and receive excellent service at all times to increase customer satisfaction.- Reviewing the quality of F&B to be served to meet food and beverage presentation standards.- Monitor sales, service, and restaurant and banquet quality to achieve desired results.- Prepare monthly reports on F&B sales and operational activities for management evaluation.
