We are looking for an extraordinary leader to help guide our work serving the local government leaders of America. We seek an executive with a passion for quality public service who wants to help improve the effectiveness of our profession by serving as our Executive Vice President.  
Management Partners is the leading general purpose management consulting firm in the local government management profession. We want to extend our ability to help more leaders without compromising our commitment to the highest standards of excellence in the work we do.
The executive we seek will work to extend our presence in the world of local government management while managing the work we do for existing clients. The right person will have extraordinary people skills as well as experience that includes service as a city or county manager, including leadership in our profession. To be competitive, the person will likely have an MPA/MBA degree and some private sector experience. We want a high energy person with curiosity, smarts, good judgment and sense of humor. The firm operates nationally, having served over 850 clients in 43 states with our current team of about 100 associates. Our clients include many large cities and counties as well as hundreds of smaller jurisdictions of all kinds.
