Job Title: Contract ExecutiveLocation: Tangerang**Responsibilities**:- Support the Contract Manager in overseeing contract-related activities, including drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.- Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager in creating and revising legal documents, particularly those related to contract agreements and projects.- Ensure timely submission of contractual reports and documentation to regulatory authorities, maintaining compliance with legal standards.- Conduct comprehensive research on contract laws and regulations to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.- Manage the company's portfolio of contracts, ensuring validity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.- Establish effective communication channels with external legal entities, facilitating smooth coordination and resolution of contract-related issues.Qualifications:- A Bachelor's degree in Law is mandatory.- An advocate license is preferable.- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of law, with a background in a law firm, company, or a combination of both.- Fluent in spoken and written English.- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.- Demonstrated ability to handle work under pressure, a willingness to travel, eagerness to learn, and a reputation for trustworthiness.Additional Queries:- Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry-specific legalities is a plus.- Previous experience in handling legal aspects of aircraft projects is highly desirable.**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
