Research and Plan events (online and offline) with the best combination of quality and cost efficiency2. Understand requirements for each event3. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms**4. Manage all event operations**: supporting tools, merchandises, rundown, coordination with speakers, partners, and staff members5. Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity reports in system6. Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems7. Evaluate event's success and submit reports8. Lead and present the best of EF Adults' brand awareness and experiences to external parties.9. Develop relationships with potential clients to grow our business**Requirements**:1. 0-1 year of experience in Event Specialist, Project Manager (offline and online events)2. Multitasker; able to work in target and deadline3. Excel in project management, networking, communication, and negotiation4. Adaptable & love to meet new people (good interpersonal skills)5. Keen attention to details6. Willing to travel and work in flexible hours.7. Proficient in spoken and written English is preferred8. Familiar with presentation tools (Powerpoint, Slides) and Microsoft excel, and other leads generation tools.9. Target oriented (valid leads and other deliverables)
