Possess a minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related scientific fields.- Have a maximum of 5 years experience in the same or related field.- Competent in performing calculations, planning and reviewing project work, as well as reading construction drawings and calculating RAB and making RKS.- Proficient in cost analysis and scheduling, and have a good understanding of construction and development techniques.- Up-to-date with developments in the prices of materials, wages, and tools.- Have a strong grasp of the work picture.- Proficiency in operating a computer, particularly with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Autocad software, is a must.- Placement in Bandung.
