About the roleAs our next Program Officer, you will contribute to the Impact & Sustainability team in creating as well as managing environmental, social, and governance initiatives in Amartha.**Responsibilities**:- Report Writing Assistance- Planning, executing, and monitoring social impact projects.- Developing project plans, timelines, and tracking project progress.- Collaborate with team members to ensure project efficiency.- Data Analysis and Reporting- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to project outcomes.- Support in preparing impact report- Administration- Assist with administrative tasks such as document/payment processing and procurement.The qualifications that you must have- open for fresh graduate (from relevant social sciences field such as sociology, psychology, social welfare, public health, anthropology, public administration, etc)- Good verbal and written english skills- Strong interest in social work and socially impactful projects.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Motivation to learn and grow in a real-world work environment.- Attention to details and willingness to learn project management tools
