About the ERM Head Role:
As the ERM Head Oversees’ the end-to-end process of the company and develop risk framework based on company’s business model and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Risk Control and Self Assessment (RCSA) tools in each business unit of the company and periodically review the result

Deliver Key Risk Indicator (KRI) measurement and work closely with Internal Audit to determine critical and risky process to be audited

Deliver Top Risk report to the management and give recommendations to reduce risk exposure and make sure that the risk exposure still align with company’s objectives

Develop and implement Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and insurance management of the company

To succeed in this ERM Head role, you will need to have strong awareness to be able to see where risks may be present.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of eight years' experience in Risk Management, especially ERM (preferably in financial industry)

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

Good knowledge in business processes to be able to spot loopholes where risk controls have to be put in each business unit
