Responsibilities to supporting and managing **Epice** while working closely with the FB leaders as well as the Director of Food and Beverage.**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 1-year experience as a Manager/Assistant Manager in an all-day-dining restaurant in a 4-5-star hotel.- Positive attitude, accompanied by a can-do spirit.- Exceptional communication skills.- Exemplary leadership skills.- Organizational skills to oversee inventory management, scheduling, and other operational tasks.- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.- Able to handle and resolve guest complaints and issues effectively.
