Environment Manager

Requirements- **Age max. 47 Years old**:- **At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as manager** in the related field is required for this position, **with total 10 years experience in Environment Safety & Health Management.**:- Required Skill(s): Environment Management, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Pest Management.- **Experience in Manufacturing is a MUST(preferable in FMCG/Pharmacy industry)**:- Having license/certificate related with EHS- **NOT SMOKING**Job Descriptions- Manage the HSE team to achieve control, monitoring and implementation of HSE and contract governance in line with company policies and procedures- Develop, maintain and improve the business Integrated Management System to underpin HSE and operating standards- Ensure the site is legally compliant in all aspects of HSE and Quality and support the element owners and Operation Manager/ General Manager of the HSE management system.- Support activities to reduce accidents, incidents, customer complaints and internal quality deviations.- Maintain a high level of awareness and positive attitude towards HSE on site To work with other departments to ensure continuous improvement are in place within companies.- Maintain a contract risk register, reviewing HSE risks and escalating where appropriate- Support the training and development of all staff to ensure awareness and understanding of QHSE Standards and the relevance to business objectives.- Maintain quality, safety and environmental systems; implement and audit to achieve compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001, HACCP, GMP, etc.- Develop HSEQ Digitalization (Near Miss Reporting, E-Check, CCP, and Safety Work Online)**Salary**: Rp20,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Gunung Putri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
