Enterprise Architecture Lead (Avp)

A global financial services business is recruiting for an Enterprise Architecture Lead (AVP) job for their business in Jakarta. You will need to have relevant experience as a Solutions Architect, handling backend, middle-ware, frontend and cloud.
About the Enterprise Architecture Lead (AVP) Role:
Your objective will be to ensure that the company's business strategy uses the correct technology systems architecture to achieve it's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Creates and leads the process of integrating IT systems for them to meet an organisation's requirements
Conducts a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT development teams to improve the architecture
Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process reengineering if required
Analyses the business impact that certain technical choices may have on a client’s business processes
Supervises and guides development teams
Continuously researches emerging technologies and proposes changes to the existing architecture
Analyses all non-functional requirements, such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability of a product, and ensure that further product engineering will meet them
Works closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives

To succeed in this Enterprise Architecture Lead (AVP) role, you will need hands-on experience in application development using backend, middle-ware and frontend technology.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of a degree in Computer Science from a reputable university
Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in the financial services sector
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders at all levels of seniority
