English Mentor Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:- Curriculum Development: Design and develop a comprehensive English curriculum suited for bootcamp students- Teaching: Conduct 1-2 offline teaching sessions per week in Yogyakarta, providing high-quality, engaging instruction to help students improve their English proficiency- Material Creation: Develop teaching materials and resources to support the curriculum, including lesson plans, exercises, and any additional materials to enhance learning- English Mentoring Program: Design and implement an English mentoring program, including private one-on-one sessions tailored to individual student needs- Coordination: Serve as the coordinator for the English mentoring sessions, ensuring smooth operation and effective learning experiences for all students- Assessment and Administration: Develop assessment tools to measure student progress and handle administrative tasks related to the English program, including tracking attendance, grading, and providing feedback to students**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, TESOL, or a related field- Proven experience in teaching English, curriculum development, and material creation- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage the mentoring program effectively- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and curriculum design- Experience with administrative tasks and proficiency in educational technology tools- Prior experience in mentoring or coaching is a plus- Familiarity with the tech industry and its language requirements is desirable- Willing to WFO in Yogyakarta if neededJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakGaji: Rp2.000.000 - Rp4.000.000 per bulanPertanyaan Lamaran:- Apakah bisa mulai bekerja pada 04 February 2024?
