4+ years of experiences as Engineering Manager in rigid plastic manufacturers- Experienced in handling machineries of injection/blow molding- Willing to be placed in SidoarjoWe are now looking for a position as a Engineering Assistant Manager areas with requirements as below:Qualifications:- Associate or Bachelor's degree or above- Have work experience more than 3 years in Plastic Manufacture or other related business- Be able to use English as a working language- Familiar with Mold & Machine- Have good knowledge and experience handling Good Manufacturing Practices (Personal Hygience), Product Safety and SHE Policy.- Have good knowledge and experience handling Packaging Safety Standard (FSSC 22000, BRC IoP, ISO 9001:2015)**Responsibilities**:- Deciding on the engineering work required, to be done in-house or requires outhouse services, based on the level of urgency, facility and competency each- Communicate problems experienced with vendors to obtain alternative problem solving and updating technology.- Search for and provide information to purchasing regarding workshops or vendors who can be used as partners for technical work or spare procurement parts, molds, tools, and machines.714
