Job Responsibilities

Provide engineering support to maintain a high level of uptime and product quality output on equipment, which allows the plant to meet production, schedules and meets or exceeds company standards. Maintain equipment efficiency to keep energy cost as low as possible. Ensure that equipment is repaired properly to keep parts and engineering materials costs low. Achieve a high level of manpower efficiency through training and motivation to keep labor costs as low as possible. Provide a cost control system for capital projects to ensure that budgets are not exceeded. Provide proper direction to ensure that equipment installation and modification schedules are met. Ensure that all safety, industrial health, environmental, and housekeeping practices are adhered to in order to avoid problems with governmental agencies as well as corporate standards and procedures. Provide full involvement of all associates in common plant objectives of quality and productivity via sound associate relation practices and communications programs. Provide training for management development of Engineering personnel.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience in Engineering Department In depth knowledge of Engineering and maintenance Management Principal. Have some hands on experience In the field of mechanical, electrical & civil works Good English communication skills both verbal and written
