Job Description - Manage subordinates to perform daily activities- Oversee projects and the related vendors (construction/machine installation/machine trial/etc.)- Maintain the production machine- Ensure the machine, inventory and assets in the factory is maintained- Responsible for coordinating tool making- Other tasks as assigned Job Requirement - Have minimum 5 years as Managerial-level at medium-scale manufacturing company (>500 employees)- Have a minimum of S1 degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Industrial Engineering- Fluent English for both oral and written (Business level)- Familiar with ISO 9001, SNI and KANBAN system- Familiar with automation, robotics, PLC Programming, 2D & 3D Autocad- Fluent computer literacy in Microsoft Office - Able to read and understand technical drawing- Able to manage mass subordinates
