USAID SINAR builds upon the longstanding commitment and partnership between the U.S. Government and the Government of Indonesia in climate change mitigation in the energy sector. The project seeks to advance Indonesia's development priorities in expanding reliable and equitable energy services necessary for sustainable development and inclusive economic growth.To achieve this goal, the project will focus on following areas: Objective 1 focusing on development of advanced energy system, Objective 2 focusing on improved utilities performance, objective 3 focusing on energy procurement and sustainable finance, objective 4 focusing on institutional framework and capacity and strategic program division focusing on cross cutting and strategic program.Under objective 3, SINAR interventions include facilitating climate smart financing mechanism, incentive schemes, and business models, supporting the introduction of AES procurement and pricing to maximize the value of RE and building the capacity of financial institutions for sustainable finance. Some of the main beneficiaries of SINAR under this objective are Regional Government, Bappenas, Ministry of Finance, OJK, PLN, PT SMI, INA, Pertamina, etc.**Position summary & job purpose**Tetra Tech has an opportunity for an **Energy Program Coordinator** to provide coordination support to the SINAR project. The Energy Program Coordinator will conduct desktop research, produce output deliverables developing documents, and create writing material for program administrative purposes. Learn more about the SINAR here.**Position responsibilities**:- Support Objective 3 managers in producing output deliverables for activities as described above. Example of support such as proof reading of report, editing report, compiling data for report etc.- Support objective 3 managers in developing documents and writing material for program administrative purposes.
