Conduct course consultation to potential clients by understanding their interest and reccomend the suitable programme to them.
Develop and maintain Good Relationship with clients and get referrals.
Ensure proper management of enquiry database.
Perform an outbound calls to potential clients, under minimum supervision, to determine their present and future needs.
Confidently and knowledgeably handle customer complaints while maintaining composure, and take all possible actions to resolve issues to the customers' expectations without compromising company's position by over-commiting to customers.
Achieving monthly target sets by the company.
Work with Sales Support Division to ensure clients get good study experience.
Any duties as assigned.
Requirements:
??Age Maximum 33 Years Old.
Preferably experienced in a Start-Up Company as Sales Consultant / Telemarketing / Business Development / Key Account Manager.
Preferably experienced in serving in Education Industry.
Able to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision.
Having minimum TOEFL Score 500 / TOEIC Score 600 would be a definite advantage.
Having experiences Study Abroad / Overseas for Student Exchange Programme will be considered.
Computer Literate of Microsoft Office & Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive).
Honest, Good Attitude, Excellent Communication Skill, Hard Working, Responsible, Discipline, Meticulous, Communicative, Creative, Self-Driven, Results Oriented.
Well organized and understand the systematic filling system.
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
Well-groomed and well-mannered.
