Edm Specialist (Email And Sms)

**Main Responsibilities**- Build, copywrite and send a minimum of 3 EDMs per week.- Manage data segmentation and audience lists, to further drive personalisation amongst customer audiences- Plan, copywrite and publish posts each month on our online channels.- Compile a weekly overview and analysis reports.- Participate in team meetings with Marketing teams to ensure synergy across all platforms and communications.- Assist with other reasonable tasks as required by line manager.**Essential Requirements**- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.- Ability to complete spelling and grammar checks in English.- Previous experience using customer marketing platforms and CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot- Copywriting experience with the ability to understand the brand's tone of voice.- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to set timelines.- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly to relevant stakeholders.**Desirable Experience and Skills**- Previous experience working with customer loyalty programs is advantageous.- Experience in banking and financial services industry highly regarded.- Experience of working in a fast-paced and medium enterprise environment highly regarded.It is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-growing organisation with opportunities for career development and progression.
