Here we offer you an exciting and dynamic work environment and will equip you with the know-how that will stretch and enhance your career journey.Role Summary:Provide programmatic, logístical and administrative support to SIGAP Program Manager in the implementation of SIGAP programs in Indonesia**Responsibilities**:In this role, the job holder will carry out the following responsibilities:- Provide support to SIGAP Program Manager and Coordinators in the implementation of SIGAP programs in designated locations in Indonesia, especially in planning, coordination, execution and administration of project activities such as organizing workshops / trainings / webinars, materials & equipment donation, operational grants to Rumah Anak SIGAP, etc.- Coordinate administration of documents for legal and finance / accounting purpose from SIGAP projects outside Jakarta.- Coordinate with internal team such as Legal team, Corporate Communications, FATLC, External Affairs to support and ensure the successful execution and completion of SIGAP program activities- Develop, implement, maintain, improve systems to monitor and manage the logistics and administration aspects of SIGAP program implementation- Draft contracts / agreements with external parties as needed by SIGAP program, and ensure the collection of all needed supporting documents- Answer administration support queries by employees.- Update program policies, SOP as needed.- Maintain a SIGAP program calendar and schedule appointments.- Book meeting rooms as required.- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.- Arrange travel and accommodations.- Schedule in-house and external events.**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:- A degree in the related job field.- Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.- Willing to relocate to the job location.- Previous experience as a project administrator, junior document controller will be looked upon favourably.- High degree of integrity and confidentiality are essential attributes.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- IT savvy.- Organized.When you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
