**e-Key Account Manager****YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Achieving ecommerce sales target and operational KPI's (orders, basket size & convertion rate)- Leading marketplaces (C2C), e-retailers (B2C) and B2B for the commercial and operations in partnership with Enablers, Marketing, Trade marketing and Sales functions.- Plan & drive ecommerce strategy for each platforms and develop annual marketing calendar- Excellent operational executions following aligned e-commerce strategy & KPIs- Monitoring, reporting & optimizing performance metrics with best practices in collaboration with enabler and platforms1. Drive Sales in e-commerce channels and Sales contribution- a. Translate budget/FC into building blocks and monthly phasing in supports to Country Digital & E-Commerce Lead (CDEL) - Quarterly/Monthly- b. Achieve budget/Forecast Sell Out (Offtake) target ecommerce platforms- Monthly- c. Drive collaboration with ecommerce partners (Marketplace,e-retailers, Brick&click and Enabler) from tactical activity to setting JBP calculation for premium visibility - Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly2. Propose relevant commercial strategy with ecommerce platforms & enabler to comply with commercial policies and to drive e-contribution:- a. Drive & review tactical (Pay Day, Flash Sale, Category sale) & thematic (Anniversary, Double Digit Day) based on E-Commerce Strategy - Daily/Weekly/Monthly- b. Joint business planning with marketplaces and enabler to negotiate for annual growth plan & offers from partners and quarterly review performance - Annual/Quarterly- c. Propose e-commerce promotional/supporting activities monthly based on given approved Gross-to-net ratio to CDEL, Controller, trade marketing - Monthly- d. Lead, review and give approval on promotional materials to distributor (enabler) & e-retailer platforms and ensure the monthly rebate per agreed GTN - Monthly/Quarterly3. Leading ecommerce enabler as partner to define direction, execution, optimization and reporting- a. Manage & develop store according to best practices (Product listing, Images, Search optimized, Rating & reviews) to deliver sustainable e-commerce growth and leveraging brand RESTRICTED campaign and AWO content work in partner with Digital TeamWeekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly- b. Report Sell Out, Offtake, Conversion rate, Transaction - Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly- c. Monitor the consumer fulfillment is aligned with best practice, coordinate with enabler to ensure they have system in place with last mile delivery. - Monthly/AdHoc- d. Alignment meeting with e-com platform & enabler - Weekly/Monthly- e. Coordinate business review with e-com platform & enabler - Quarterly- f. Business review with e-com platform - Monthly/Quarterly4. Generate forecast & stock management accuracy to ensure excellence operational- a. Liaise with Supply Chain to generate ecommerce sales forecast - Monthly- b.
