**E2E QA Operation Manager****JOB PURPOSE**- End to End responsibilities of QA oversight activity within PT Bayer Indonesia from incoming material in the warehouse until Finish Good dispatching into customer and ensure the site compliance on daily routine activity.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible for managing non-conformity management related deviation, complaint, out of specification and defect from supplier including assuring that the investigations are made to determine the root cause and actions are defined.- Ensuring all daily in-process control activities during manufacturing process (including sampling, testing, data entry in SAP QM, and monitor BAS GMP alarm) to ensure high quality of the product including evaluation on critical process control monitoring of the product.- Responsible for managing daily personnel assignment QA Operation team effectively and efficiently accordance with current regulations in Quality (GMP, GDP), Safety, food safety and halal system.- Managing the implementation QA oversight in the shop floor in all areas within Cimanggis Plant in order to ensure the GMP compliance, food safety and halal compliance of the site.- Perform coordinate issuance and afterwards track and support completion of corrective and mitigation actions related to non-conformity issue to maintain the product quality and site compliance.- Managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in the shop floor and evaluate their effectiveness to avoid reoccurrence of non-conformity issue.- Evaluate reoccurrence, pattern and trend of non-conformity issue as part of quality management review and develop the mitigation action plan for continuous improvement.- Responsible to Lead quality management review report in periodically basis under QA Operation area.- Being second 1. 5+ years' experience in GMP aspects or related area.- 2. Deep knowledge on international and local GMP principles for- manufacturing of pharmaceutical products and Food supplements- including Food safety and halal management- 3. Knowledge on occupational safety, health and environmental- requirements.- 4. Skilled to work within an international team and ability to work- within teams.- 5. Leadership experience for teams more than 5 peoples.- 6. Professional English skills.- 7. Able to resist any influence, which would hamper management decision- making during the absence of Head of Quality. deputy of Head of Quality, dealing with any decision related to quality aspects which is urgent to be taken under delegation.
