**Contract (Drilling) Engineer**(Third Party Contractor)Jakarta, Indonesia**Role Purpose**:Plan, procure and coordinate efforts pertaining to the Companys drilling program. Also may be engaged in procurement efforts for future field development and exploration wells.**Responsibilities include but not limited**:- Ensure the Companys Contracts and Procurement Procedures are followed and compliant with Indonesian Procurement Regulations PTK-007 (Rev. 4).- Provide guidance and documentation for audit purposes and for assurance of Cost Recovery per Indonesian Procurement Regulations PTK-007 (Rev. 4).- Work closely with End User Single Points of Contact (SPOC) to ensure Procurement Timelines are properly populated, frequently updated and managed with Planned vs. Actual Days.- Work closely with SPOCs to prepare Market Surveys, Draft Scope of Work (SoW), Owners Estimate (OE), Pre-Qualification preparation, ITT documents and evaluations, finalization of Contract documents and recommendations for Contract Amendments following issuance of initial Contracts.- Ensure completeness, consistency and standardization between all Business Unit Drilling Contract Documents.- Attend and participate in all Pre-Bid, Clarifications, Bid Opening, Kick-Off and Service Quality Review Meetings related to Drilling Contracts.- Perform Cost Benefit Analyses and provide recommendations for optimizing procurement processes and efficient Contract strategies.- Work closely with the Drilling Cost Controller and Document Control to ensure all Contracts related activities are properly documented in SKKMigas correspondence for WP&B and Well AFEs.- Develop KPI together with the Drilling Contractor on every contract awarded.- Assist SCM and Drilling SPOCs in coordinating and conducting Contract Kick-Off Meetings for all Drilling Contracts.- Coordinate and participate in Service Quality Review Meetings with Drilling Contractors.**Qualifications include but not limited**:- Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Law or Engineering.- 15+ years of Oil & Gas Contracts experience, including:- 10+ years Drilling experiences offshore and deepwater across multiple locations.- 5+ years Drilling Contract experiences.- Strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving.- Organized, structured, and capable of multi-tasking.- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and Adobe packages.- Good written and oral English skills, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia- PTK-007 certification is preferable.- Position is for _**_Indonesian National_**_ only.
