About the Role

If you're looking to be a part of a dynamic, data-driven team and a chance to dive deep into project surrounding partnerships and user experience, this may be the role for you. As our Driver Income Manager, you'll take the wheel in establishing deals and partnerships for our driver-partners, and oversee end-to-end value propositions. In collaboration with the Market Research team, you'll take the time to deeply understand our driver-partners' experiences and concerns in order to lay out the partnership types, products, and benefits. Your efforts will help ensure improved driver-partner benefits, stronger driver-partner relations, and (most importantly) that our driver-partners are given the attention, respect, and opportunities they deserve.
What You Will Do

Onboard and establish new partnerships, and define the partnership type, product, and benefit in relation to our driver-partners' needs as a way to give more competitive benefits than what's available in the market
Manage and build relationships with existing partnerships by providing analysis, monitoring processes, and troubleshooting issues for them
Facilitate alignment and communication with our internal stakeholders
Work together with the Market Research team to deeply understand our driver-partners' needs and how best to resolve them
Liaise with the Product Engineering team to conduct product research and feature developments
What You Will Need

A Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 years of experience in one of the following fields: Consulting, Business Development, Sales, or Strategy
Experience working in a tech company or a consulting firm is a plus
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Senior Executives
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, establish strong ties with partners, and mesh differing attitudes and requirements
Ability to work comfortably within a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Data Analytics and Product Experience is a plus
About the Team

The Driver Income team is a lean group of 7 based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our mission is to better position our driver-partners as the competitive advantage of Gojek. We do this by getting our data straight from the source, whether by conducting online surveys or focus groups with our driver-partners to understand their experiences and concerns in their own words, and constantly researching and resizing our market knowledge and data to establish/ strengthen our partnerships and deals that we offer our driver-partners.

Our team is always devising new ways to remove friction from our driver-partners' every day lives, especially when they utilize our platform. We turn to developing product solutions to solve these issues, such as integrating the GoPay service directly into their Driver app to remove the hassle of switching in between apps and platforms.

We are big advocates of learning from our mistakes, adapting our practices, building off one another, and pushing each other to be the best version of ourselves - both professionally and personally. Collectively, we're driven by our desire to create a comprehensive, well-rounded, all-inclusive platform our driver-partners can rely on, benefit greatly from, and love to come back to.

Off hours, you could probably find us exploring the unending variety of food in Indonesia, whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen, or battling it out over some intense board game sessions. If you haven't already figured, we're a very tight-knit team who enjoy spending time with each other outside of work.
