We are now looking for a **Domain Sales Manager** to drive Radio and Transport domain sales in for one particular customer in Indonesia. He/She will be the Technology advisor and support the KAM (Key Account Manager) organization with business development and domain-specific sales activities ensuring that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities.**In this role, you would**:- Drive and develop strategy and financial plan/governance for BNEW products, software and solutions towards a particular Customer.- Drive and develop strategic portfolio requirements and plans, including influencing Ericsson solutions toward customer.- Drive products and software improvement for customers via MA domain teams- Drive the One Team approach with BA, MA domain teams- Support and collaborate with Key Account to drive BNEW sales- Execution to fix Roadmap and Deliver on Commitments. Makes prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks- Agile leadership to being able to effectively change the direction and focus of the organization based on business & customer requirements- Leadership Competencies like Excelling Execution, Driving Innovation, Enabling Matrix teams, Customer Excellence, Courageous Leadership- Calibrate with BNEW on the total offerings towards customers- Ability to create a strong bond with domain in MA's and develop one team approach- Ability to engage with customer in techno Commercial discussions to secure profitable business- Deep understanding of driving digital business transformation in all aspects, technology, business, strategy and organization- Strong business acumen and how to drive profitable growth.
