Dive Center Manager with previous 5-Star Resort experience Bunaken Oasis Dive Resort & Spa in North Sulawesi – Indonesia is seeking an experienced PADI MSDT or higher for the position of Dive Center Manager to manage our dive center operation

The Dive Center manager will be responsible for leading a team of up to 25 local staff, ensuring smooth diving operations and logistics, providing excellent guest service with safety in mind, and working closely alongside the Resort Managers.
Our general requirements for the potential candidate include but are not limited to: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dive Center Manager within a 5 star environment Fluent in English, additional languages an advantage Mature (Preferably over 30 years old) Guiding dives and teaching courses Ability to manage your team with cultural sensitivity, awareness and inclusion. Ideally, candidate will have experience of working both in Indonesia and in a relatively remote island location Hands-on experience in dive center operations and logistics Able to lead the dive center team in ensuring high standards of personalized service with safety in mind Leadership qualities that foster a strong and positive culture Charismatic, problem solver, good communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent people/guest management skills, and ensure a 'family like' atmosphere through socializing with guests Flexible, pro-active, organized, responsible, used to working long hours and able to work under pressure Sales oriented – upselling of all courses including our technical diving courses which fall under Oasis Explorers Drive and enthusiasm – Oasis Explorers (Technical diving center) is still relatively new so you will need to promote the operation across social media platforms, dive organizations and clubs, marine research bodies etc. Planning and organizing – you will be solely responsible for all equipment, boats and consumables of the Dive Center Operation A sense of humor (because things go wrong, and sometimes the unexpected happens) Discreet tattoos and piercings are acceptable, ideally mostly covered by t-shirt and shorts and must have a neat and presentable appearance. If male with beard, it needs to be kept neatly trimmed at all times.
