About the Job The role is responsible for directing distributors sales activities for Hygienic Fluid Handling business in Indonesia and ensuring the company’s sales grow year on year, in accordance with the assigned targets and local sales company/divisional strategy and targets Profile We Are Looking For Bachelor degree from any Engineering major Minimum 5 years sales experience working with distributors with a demonstrated track record of over-achievement. Proven ability to develop and initiate strategies for revenue and distributors count growth Strong commercial thinking with good market knowledge Strong sales-oriented personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Has worked in company with international setting, preferable for those has worked with a matrix organization Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Hygienic Fluid Handling Sales Manager, South East Asia; the key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement business plans for distributors and reviewing progress on a monthly basis Ensure distributors have a key customer focus and are proactive in organizing sales and promotional activities Ensure distributor is active in following up quotations Provide distributors with their sales per product/target on a monthly basis Work closely with the distributors to ensure they have the correct stock and agreed quantities of stock Coach, motivate and develop distributors to ensure they are providing appropriate customer service and sales presentations to our customers. Visit key customers with the distributors Coordinate Alfa Laval seminars Understand the global distribution transformation and deploy a customized transformation strategy in the country Drive digital customer solutions and deployment Work as a tandem with product portfolio managers to build complete product competency to distributors and customers Willing to travel outside Jakarta
