DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Your Role: Actively and consistently supports efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Request, monitors and manages third party delivery personnel via various methods (including text, e-mail, telephone, and other computer systems)
Manually updates systems as needed before, during, and after delivery
Closely watch and coordinate with third party delivery to reassigns jobs for delivery staff if they are running late or job is in jeopardy
Assists and interacts with Logistics Manager and broader Operations Team to ensure maximum efficiency in delivery
Respond to email requests in timely manner with use of proper introductions and formats
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; complete transactions; forward requests
Other duties as required
Your Qualification:
Bachelor?s Degree
1-2+ years of general work experience, having experienced in dispatch or logistics administration is preferred
Strong customer service satisfaction orientation
Computer literacy with data entry & keyboarding
Ability to multi-task in an independent & team environment
Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently over the phone
Strong telephone, written, oral communication skills
