Director Of Sales - Westminster At Lake Ridge

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, five to seven years long term care sales experience and proven track record required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Incumbent should be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form, possess high-quality verbal and written communication ability, strong customer service skills, and be available for travel. Must be proficient in the operation of software applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite applications, REPS and UKG (formerly UltiPro).
Job Summary
This position is responsible for stable occupancy of the community by completing the sale of apartments and cottages to new residents. Additional duties include management of the sales team regarding sales activities and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Sales

Works in conjunction with the Sales Counselors and the Sales Assistant to promote and sell resident apartments and cottages in order to maintain set occupancy goals.
Works with Ingleside management team in building and networking with community organizations and groups to promote the services and levels of care in the community.
Participates in Directors Team Meetings
Assures all data is entered daily and weekly Sales reports are delivered on time. Discusses and interprets written report with sales staff, Executive Director and Vice President of Sales. Reviews all Sales reports to determine effectiveness of Sales strategies. Assures data is accurate and has integrity.
Acts as a Supervisor of assigned positions; ensuring productivity, efficiency and accuracy in work performed.
Maintains professional presence when representing Ingleside; exhibits degree of professionalism consistent with standards in performance, behavior, and appearance.

Complies with Ingleside's established safety rules and practices.

Demonstrates professional development/skills competency in all activities.
