As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 15 years' experience in human resources for the job of HR Director. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Key job responsibilities**:Deploys and implements the HR Strategy and prioritize HR projects, in line with the business, corporate and regional HR strategy,Consults and actively provides HR functional perspective on topics such as transformation and organization effectiveness,- Responsible for annual HR budget, follow up of actual costs and for taking applicable actions when required from a cost perspective,- Manages and channels performance feedback and ensures continuous improvement of the HR delivery, in and beyond own country,- Driving compliance of process and behaviours following internal and external requirements, regulations, and best practices,- Provides HR partnership & expertise to the Business Management Team in achieving their strategic business agenda,- Supports with Workforce Planning to build a strong and sustainable human capital to support the strategy and further growth of the organization,- Supports and coaches' leaders to identify, calibrate, develop, and deploy talent across the organization.
