**Position Overview**:As the Director for Bandung region, you will be a key driver in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our client's business in the region. Reporting directly to the executive leadership, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations, building strong client relationships, and fostering growth.**Responsibilities**:- ** Strategic Leadership**:- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute strategic goals for the Bandung region.- Provide strategic insights to enhance market positioning and business expansion.- ** Operational Excellence**:- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service delivery.- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.- ** Client Engagement**:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.- Lead client engagement initiatives and contribute to business development.- ** Team Leadership**:- Lead and inspire the Bandung team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.- Drive employee engagement, professional development, and talent acquisition.- ** Business Development**:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bandung region.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.- ** Partnership Management**:- Strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, including Odoo, to enhance collaboration and business success.- Represent the company in industry events and forums.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Odoo ecosystem.- Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, particularly in the Bandung region.- In-depth knowledge of Odoo/other ERP solutions.- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
