**Digital Site Lead****JOB PURPOSE**- Drive end-to-end Digital Transformation in Cimanggis which includes strategy development, tactical execution, as well as building capabilities and culture for fostering Digitalization**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Responsible to develop and maintain Site Digital Roadmap which include analysis, design, deployment and support of the different components within it- Maintaining site digital transformation strategy and ensure alignment with Global Digitalization workstream and strategic project, as well as external input such as emerging technology and industrial benchmarking- Manage collaboration and alignment with multiple stakeholders in Digitalization topics which includes (but not limited) site department, Global Functions, and also external.- Work closely with digital project lead to realize digital initiatives and its value- Also lead some digital project which relevance to IT use cases- Responsible for create and maintain digital culture, as well as upskilling capabilities in digital tools- Fostering Citizens Developer community as strategic accelerator for Digital Transformation in Cimanggis- Work closely with IT Compliance to ensure compliant of digital services and products to Manufacturing IT Security and Data Integrity principles in GxP regulated environment.**WHO YOU ARE****Education**- Bachelor degree on Computer Science, Engineering,or Pharmacy.**Relevant experiences**- Min. 5 years experience in manufacturing area- Min. 5 years experience in leading project and project management- Familiar with GxP regulated environment- Knowledge in production network, Manufacturing IT Security, and Data Integrity will be an advantage**Main competencies for the** **job** (Core, Leaders, technical competencies)- Self-motivated and internal-driven- Good communication skill- Able to work as individual and in team- Good analytical thinking- Have experience / knowledge in managing multiple stakeholders**Communication**- Fluent in English both verbal and written**Application Period**:- 07-20 March 2024**Reference Code**:- 813477**Division**:- Consumer Health**Location**:- Indonesia : West Java : Cimanggis**Functional Area**:- Information Technology**Position Grade**:- VS1.1**Employment Type**:- Permanent**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
