?? Job Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive client acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for our diverse portfolio of clients. Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, SEM, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing, with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and client objectives. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitive landscapes, keyword opportunities, and market trends, informing strategic campaign planning and optimization efforts. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions. Utilize advanced analytics tools and methodologies to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying actionable insights and opportunities for continuous improvement. Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness, drive efficiency, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in digital marketing, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance campaign performance. Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of digital marketing initiatives and offering strategic recommendations for future campaigns. ?? Requirements Bachelor's degree in any related field with a strong quantitative background. Proven working experience in digital marketing 1-2 years, extensive experiences in managing in-house digital performance marketing Highly proficient in using digital ads platform such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads Have experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns. Have basic understanding of organic acquisition such as App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most. Have a good understanding of mobile attribution tools (e.g. Appsflyer). Understand the basics of mobile app install fraud methods and its monitoring tool (e.g Appsflyer Protect 360). Have a basic understanding of Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. ??
