Digital Marketing & Media Specialist Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome
3. Mastering basic knowledge in Facebook ads, Google ads, TikTok ads and other marketing platforms
4. Mastering social media tools, especially social media ad platforms
5. A visionary mindset with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behavior especially in B2B Services.
6. Analytical, critical and able to think logically
7. Able to work together in a team
8. Have a broad view & good adaptability
9. Willing to work in Head Office (Surabaya - East Java)
Job Descriptions: 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies aligned with brand goals and market trends.
2. Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines & company objectives in every aspect and platform
3. Ad Creative: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, including product images, copy, and videos.
4. Budget Allocation: Allocate advertising budgets effectively across various campaigns, products, and marketplace to maximize ROI.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall sales.
6. Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitors' marketplace advertising strategies to identify opportunities and stay competitive.
7. Data Analytics: Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve advertising performance.
8. Reporting: Generate regular reports on advertising campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
