Cetta is an online language academy run by young Indonesians with an interactive and inclusive learning system. We are on a mission to make Indonesian as an actual World Citizen. Cetta provides a synchronous online language Academy since 2020. Currently offers 6 language courses including English, Japanese, Mandarin, Korean, French, and German with more languages to cover in the future.Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the online class platform, including budget management and goal setting, to maximize exposure and achieve desired outcomes.Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, handling professional growth and ensuring alignment of digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.Implement social media strategies aligned with company goals, monitor team performance, and analyze metrics to optimize brand awareness, engagement, and customer leads.Manage company budget for paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media (TikTok, Instagram), and potentially other channels.Analyze performance data to optimize ad campaigns, targeting the right audience with data-driven decisions, and tracking ROI to ensure optimal results.Excel in numerical analysis and possess a strong grasp of social media marketing principles and best practices.Proficient in utilizing social media management platformsFamiliarity with SEO best practices and keyword research toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
