This is an exciting opportunity to join Zalora's Digital Business Ads team. You need to work collaboratively across marketing channels, as well as with other departments to understand marketing processes.**Responsibilities**:- Willing to learn Zalora in-app ads platform- Plan, create and manage Zalora advertising in-app campaigns.- Calculate the budget for the campaign- Choosing the right keywords- Setup campaigns, based on category, gender and SKU- Request desired creative- Optimization campaign performance- Maintaining budget and traffic- Create monthly report- Monitor, review and constantly optimize campaigns towards ROAS and all leading metrics.- Regularly review campaign performance and providing insight into actionable action**Requirements**:- Have your own device.- Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.- Minimum 2+ years of experience in paid ads.- Having experience in e-commerce in-app ads and collaborative ads (CPAS) is preferred.- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with demonstrated ability to deep- dive into campaign data, metrics and translate insights into opportunities.- Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail.- Excellent communication- Results-oriented- Proficient in providing reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets- Highly motivated, self-driven, resourceful, energetic individual.- Excellent in spoken and written English.**The ZALORA Story**ZALORA is Asia's leading online fashion, beauty and lifestyle destination, part of Global Fashion Group.
