Digital Ads Specialist (Das)

A newly set-up training and consulting service business is looking for a technically capable, dynamic, proactive and ambitious marketing professional. Visual Design professional to help set-up and grow its business in Bandung. The company is in process to build a start-up and development team. Role will be part of core start-up team.
Job Description:
- Handle SEO & SEM efforts for Sasana Digital and its clients
- Planning and budgeting for digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
- Gather and analyses marketing campaign data with team
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and recommend improvement opportunities, and improve on existing campaigns
- Handle social media advertising efforts (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, etc)
- Be internal expert and keep update on all digital advertising tools
- Promote the brand concept, while ensuring communications and visual consistency according to the brand style guide
- Promote company’s product and services in the digital space.
- Fully understand programmatic advertising and Google Ads Manager and optimise this together with the Ad Operations Team.
- Provide proper and friendly report on Social media to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.

Requirements:
- D4/S1 Computer science / Information System / Marketing or Related Major
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement high and strategies.
- Experienced in leading Digital Marketing Projects
- Have a good grip of concept, digital advertising ads (Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Youtube ads, Google ads), SEO and SEM including keyword search, bidding, re-targeting, and optimisation
- Customer-Centric mindsets
- Be familiar with Google Analytics, AdSense and Facebook Business Manager
- Certification from Google and Facebook will be an asset
- English language proficiency
- Passion for digital technologies and application to business
- Living in Bandung and willing to stay and work in Bandung
