From a small brand that was established on 2021, we are aiming to deliver happiness for all and be the top mind acne brand in Indonesia with our first product, Matcha Glow Sleeping Mask.And with stable goal in our mind, we have released more products that related to acne fighters in Indonesia and received achievement as #1 Face Mask at Tiktok through our Matcha Glow.But, we won't feel satisfied only with it.Developing new solutions for you, acne fighters is our main task from the first till the future.Dorskin, from acne fighters for acne fighters.Responsible for the Ads Campaign on brand Social Media Platforms (especially TikTok Ads).Create, maintain, monitor and optimize performance marketing campaign on brands digital channels (TikTok Ads)Evaluating key performance metrics, executing tests (creatives, channels, media products) and optimizing accordingly to achieve ROAS and growth targets.Doing experiments with creative, audience, data, platform, placement, content, or topic. Generate new ideas and initiatives for new digital campaigns.Provide daily/ weekly/ monthly/ after-campaign reports for the ads campaign.Work closely with digital marketing team, brands and marketing communications to achieve objectives- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in Digital Marketing role.- Experience in managing SEO/SEM- Experience in strategic online advertising, using advertising tools, and advertisement deck such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads, CPass- Experience in improving conversion rate customer growth, or content marketing engagement.- Strong knowledge of the latest trends, tools, and base practice digital marketing- Placement in Gading Serpong, Tangerang
