Devops Engineer

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. You will also execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.**Responsibilities**:Implement integrations requested by customerDeploy updates and fixesProvide Level 2 technical supportBuild tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experienceDevelop software to integrate with internal back-end systemsPerform root cause analysis for production errorsInvestigate and resolve technical issuesDevelop scripts to automate visualizationDesign procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenanceWork experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering roleProblem-solving attitudeTeamwork spiritBachelor's Degree in any major but preferably from Information System major and similarGood communication in English is a huge plusWilling to work on site in Villa Bukit Tidar (Malang)
