In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:- Become first level support to handle end user's problem / inquiry / request- Troubleshoot and solve problems related with pc, thin client, notebook, printers, scanners, ipad, smartphones, video conference, teleconference, etc.- Ensure hardware and software comply with IT Policy- Maintain up-to-date system software including security patch and antivirus- Maintain up-to-date IT inventory- Record and log ticket for each request / incident- Continuously evaluate the overall process and design of end user computing infrastructure, and propose for improvement plan**Requirements**:To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:- A degree in IT- Min 3 years of working exposure or experience in supporting end user computing infrastructure.- Age not more than 35 years old- Team work player, self motivated, proactive, and fast learning person- Can work under tight pressure and dead line- Customer oriented mindset- Willing to work overtime- Willing to travel- Good knowledge, experience, and technical skill to manage and support end user hardware and software (pc, notebook, thin client, mobile thin client, smartphone, tablet, printer, scanner, teleconferencing equipment, Windows 10/11, security patching, antivirus, etc)- Good knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP networkingWhen you send us your resume and personal details, it is deemed you have provided your consent to us retaining your information in our talent recruitment database.
