That includes improving your current skills and learning a bunch of new ones- A starting salary of **$15,000.00/year (USD)**As a designer, your responsibilities will be to:- Design layouts and other assets that reflect the visual identity of your clients, target strategic goals and deliver intended results.- Identify, replicate, and/or define visual branding.- Collaborate closely with your Pod to innovate, iterate, and ideate messaging strategies.You will be &BAM's meticulous thoughtful eye: the visual identity expert. You will get to know how a brand looks inside and out, defining and refining its visual style. Your layouts will lead the eye where it needs to go and make any necessary action super clear and friendly to take.The person we are looking for is:- Extremely communicative.
