C+C&Co is open for an InternshipProgramme (Surabaya Office) inDesign. The internship designers position has an emphasis on learning the culture of the company through assisting his/her supervisors in the design projects they are assigned to. We take in and review all sort of interns as long as you are eager, hardworking and able to self-manage and work efficiently to meet the projects and brief. Internship period starting Early-Mid of June 2021
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting in the creation and production of artworks or photography sessions
Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team
Producing meticulous and creative outcomes for the assigned projects

REQUIREMENTS
Familiarity with various disciplines ranging from digital imaging, illustration, branding, video and/or packaging
Familiarity with print and/or digital applications
Candidates with previous internships in any one of the aforementioned fields are preferred
Independent and critical team players
Articulate, good communication skills both verbal-nonverbal in Bahasa and English
Great visual eye and focus on details
Have an affinity for visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
Versatility in animation and moving image are preferred (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Spark AR)
An understanding and demonstration of user-centred design principles
Able to develop simple and effective solutions to design problems
The ability to travel overseas required
