C+C&Co is looking for aDesigner (mid-weight level, with experience in 2-3 years)to join its ever-growing team.
The visual designer positions have an understanding of the design industry and are able to assist effectively in creative processes and productions. Designers will utilise their expertise and research skills in their chosen fields (visual, digital or motion) to devise critical and reflective solutions that help individuals, organisations or businesses grow in their intended direction and strategy.
The designer will start sharpening their research-led and vocational training earned in their education and industry experience through a series of critical approaches that are grounded and guided by the theories of human-centric design.
Requirements:
Versatility in animation and moving image are preferred
Degree qualifications in Design Communication / Motion Design
Relevant experience in the field of design
You may need to manage more than one design brief at a time and typical activities include:
Creation and production of artworks
Be a part of the discussion and creative brainstorming
Assisting in strategic design approaches in answering brief
Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time
Participate in managing and supervising timeline for the projects
Estimating the time required to complete the work
Open-mindedness in learning new skills that contributes to the betterment of the team
Work with the Senior members to develop learning programmes
Producing meticulous and creative outcomes for the assigned projects
Familiarity with print and digital applications
Critical thinking in design making
Digital technology and innovations
Understanding of the contemporary visual eye and focus on details
Affinity for strategy, visual storytelling, visual design, and graphics
Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
Knowledge and ability to work with a range of software such asAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, XD, After Effects, Premiere and other relevant/editing softwares
Versatility in animation and moving image are preferred (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Spark AR)
Cloud computing software
Synthesis and evaluation of user-centred design principles
Creation and proposals for a simple and elegant design approach to design problems
Development of the art direction and production responsibilities
Leading for Image-making responsibilities and production
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers
Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists
Articulate, good communication skills both verbal-nonverbal in Bahasa and English
Travel as of where and when needed for the jobs
