Doing trials of products & registration as fertilizers and feed raw materials according to the Indonesian rules.2) Marketing of derivative productsEnsure marketing objectives / strategy are implemented and resources are utilized in the best possible manner in relation & Proposes, conducts and exploits market studies.- Internal: "Market Insight";- external: use of external studies as neededWith the results of market survey, potential customers will be identified, contacted to set up sales contracts for the derivative products.You will focus your actions at 1st to find outlets for the entire production, starting in 2023, all year long and then to maximize the added value, by selecting most profitable customers and markets.Planning of the region's intervention in marketing events (seminars, professional fairs) and coordination of these events when they are organized in subsidiary.**Qualifications**:Agronomy graduated with minimum 5 - 10 years experiences as Business developer.Ability for creating strong relationships based on trust with a large range of customers (farmers, fertilizer and feed producers, agri-distributors, farming experts and adviser)High level of motivation, open-minded, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous.Good knowledge of English language is a must.After few months in Jakarta the job will be based in East Java with frequent trips over all over Indonesia with a priority given to markets located closely.Additional Information**Competencies
