(Fermentation, Drying, CY and Packaging).Definition and technical details of the WWT & Evaporatio operations including:a./ Production structure.b./ Product recipes and process details.c./ Ingredients and other inputs availability covering the needs of the Dept.d./ Working protocols settings and operation parameters.Continuous improvement procedures including: data recording assurance, data analysis, action coordination, action follow up.KPI definition.Costs targeting, monitoring and controlling.Environmental targeting, monitoring and follow up.Team review, motivation, promotion and evaluation.**Qualifications**:- At least 2 years of working experience as WWT Deputy Manager or in a similar position- At least, college level specialized in engineering or related field- Familiar with equipment, such as pumps, piping, fans, valves and instruments etc.- Computer knowledge: windows, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint.- Good learning ability, hard-working, team work spirit, good communication ability.- Good English levelDescription de l'entrepriseAs a Global Worldwide Leading Player in Yeasts and Fermentation, Lesaffre Group designs, manufactures and markets innovative solutions for Baking, Food taste & pleasure, Health care and Biotechnology.
